Identity cards mandatory for library entry
Scan ID card at e-gate when entering and exiting
Maintain proper dress code and strict silence
Respect library property and books

Borrowing Rules:

Maximum 6 books per student for one month
Book renewal possible for another month if no other reservation
Check books for damage upon borrowing; report issues immediately

Fines apply for damages:

Minor damage: Rs. 30
Late return: Rs. 1 per working day
Special demand books may be recalled anytime

Responsibilities:

Books are non-transferable
Return books before long vacations
No marking, underlining, or annotating in books
Lost or severely damaged books: Pay Double the book's cost or replace
Library reserves right to terminate book loan privileges
Library committee can revise rules periodically
